A. REGULATIONS OF THE CLUB

1. HOURS OF OPERATION

The hours of operation will be set by the Club according to requirements and demands to ensure effective services to Members, their guests or other such players that utilize the Club.

 

2. ENTRY

Those who may enter the Club include:

2.1 Club Members

Club Members are required to present their Membership card to Club staff upon arrival.

2.2 Club Member’s Guest:

a.  Club Member’s Guests are persons accompanied by Members into the Club.

b. The number of Member’s Guests is regulated in Part A, Article 5 of this document.

2.3 Visiting Groups

Visiting groups are a group of persons who have come to the Club to play golf and have reserved a tee time in advance.

2.4 Visitors

Visitors are persons who do not have Membership cards but are permitted by the Manager to enter the Club to play golf or to participate in conferences or workshops.

2.5 Spectators

A spectator is any person(s) who accompany a player without purpose of playing golf but accompanying player on course.

 

3. CAR PARK

3.1 The Club car park is reserved for Members and guests of the Club.

3.2 Members and guests shall have proper parking places identified. Do not park in non- parking areas. The club is not responsible for the loss or damage to the member and guest if wrong parking.

3.3 The driver of the Members and guests can relax and use of public facilities as indicated by the Club.

3.4 The Club forbids all acts and forms of gambling for the driver and staff within the Club’s facilities. Those who are allowed to enter the club are fully responsible before the law for all acts and form of gambling, done by them within the club.

 

4. CLUB MEMBERS

4.1 Members are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities as regulated by the Company.

4.2 Members will be provided Membership cards after satisfying the necessary conditions required under the regulations of the Company.

4.3 Members are required to carry Membership cards at all times while at the Club and be able to present them when be requested by the Manager.

4.4 Members can transfer their Membership cards to other persons/ companies by paying the transfer fee according to the “Regulations of Membership Transfer” of the Company (not including Honorary, Complimentary and Short Term Membership cards).

4.5 Members are only permitted to use Membership cards with their own names and pictures on them with the exception of Floating Membership cards.

4.6 Members are responsible for reporting immediately to the Manager if their cards are lost or stolen. Members must then complete the application for obtaining a replacement card and pay all related fees according to the current regulations of the Company.

4.7 Members must return their Membership cards to the Company upon termination of their Membership.

 

5. CLUB MEMBER’S GUESTS

5.1 One Member may accompany up to 07 (seven) guests on weekdays and up to 03 (three) guests on weekends and public holidays to play golf at the entry fee reserved for Member’s guest.

5.2 Members who accompany a larger number of guests than that be regulated in Part A, item 6.1 must receive permission of the Manager, which is based on the actual situation of the golf course at the time. Each guest exceeding the limit must pay the entry fee in accordance to the current tariff or the decision of the authorized Manager.

 

6. VISITORS & SPECTATORS

6.1 Visitors & spectators are required to notify in advance with the Club of their intention to enter the Club in advance and they must be approved by the Manager before entering the Club.

6.2 Visitors & spectators are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities and are obligated to pay all related fees as regulated.

 

7. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

7.1 Children under 08 (eight) years old are not permitted to play golf or visit on course unless certified and accepted by the Manager.

7.2 Children under 14 (fourteen) years old must be under the supervision of an aldult at all times while in the Club property.

7.3 Children under 18 (eighteen) years old are not permitted to drive a golf cart.

7.4 The Regulations of the Club are not exempt for children under 18 (eighteen) years old. Accompanied players above 18 years old will be held fully responsible for the behavior of any child under 18 (eighteen) years old that they accompany into the Club. The Company can intervene at any time (if necessary).

 

8. DRESS CODE

8.1 Dress Code in the Clubhouse:

Members and guests are required to follow the published dress code of golf attire or smart casual clean clothing.

8.2 Dress Code on the Golf Course and Practice Facilities:

  1. Men’s shirts should have collars and sleeves.

  2. No jeans or athletic shorts.

  3. All garments must be hemmed. No cut-offs.

  4. Only golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed for play.

  5. No casual shoes are permitted on the greens.

 

 

9. BEHAVIOUR

9.1 Always maintain an amiable, polite attitude.

9.2 Do not make noise or cause disruptions. Indecent physical acts, use force or threaten to use force on any person is not permitted.

9.3 Lute or drunken behavior is not permitted.

9.4 Offensive language is not permitted.

The playing privileges of Members or guests who commit any of the behaviors mentioned in the above article 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 will be subject to suspension and the offending Member(s) or guest(s) may be requested to leave the course.

9.5 Do not publish, leave comments that poorly affects the reputation, image of golf courses on social media such as Facebook, other social media platforms, online forums, exchanges, meetings or in any form.

 

 

10. MOBILE PHONES AND PED’S

10.1 Mobile phones must be set to silent or vibrate at all times when at the Club to avoid disturbing Members and/or other guests.

10.2 Refrain from loud telephone conversations. Minimize telephone use when at the Club.

The Manager reserves the right to remove from the Club those who do not comply aboved terms .

 

11. PHOTOGRAPHY

Members, players and other guests must not take photos or film video without the permission of the Manager.

 

12. GARBAGE

Members, players and other guests must not litter on Club property. Garbage must be placed in trashcans and cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays in designated areas or given to a caddy or staff member. 

 

13. NOISE

Noise must be kept to a minimum level in all areas to avoid disturbing Members and guests.

 

14. FOOD AND BEVERAGES, PETS, AND DANGEROUS OBJECTS

14.1 No food or beverage may be brought into the Club from outside. 

14.2 Pets are not allowed anywhere in or on the Club premises.

14.3 Weapons or other objects which may cause injury are not allowed on the Club premises.

Members and guests are reponsible before the law and compensate for all damages arising if bringing into the Club the above-mentioned pets and objects that cause damage to the Club and/or other Members/guests.

 

15. SUGGESTIONS

Members and visitors may offer their feedbacks through the “Suggestion Book” of the Club.

 

16. RESTAURANT

16.1 The restaurant is only open to Members, Member’s guests and visitors. Other guests must receive the permission from the Club’s authorized Manager.

16.2 Regarding groups of 20 (twenty) persons or more, a representative of Members/Visitors’ group must make a table reservation at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance.

16.3 Members, Member’s guests or other persons who wish to organize a special event at the restaurant must contact the Club to make a reservation at least 48 (forty eight) hours in advance.

 

 

17. LOCKER ROOMS

17.1 Members, visitors and spectators will receive the locker’s key from the Club’s reception staff member for the day of golf playing.

17.2 All locker keys must be returned to the reception staff before leaving the Club.

17.3 There will be a charge for each lost locker key according to the Club’s regulations.

17.4 Every person is responsible for their own personal belongings. The Company will not be responsible under any circumstances for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen as a result of being brought into the locker room .

 

18. CONFERENCE ROOM

18.1 The Club provides conference venues for lease.

18.2 The conference room is only open to Members or guests who have booked at least 48 (forty eight) hours and received confirmation from the Club’s staff member.

18.3 Members and guests are responsible for abiding by Club’s regulations related to the reservation and use of conference rooms.

 

19. PERSONAL PROPERTY PRESERVATION

19.1 The Club does not encourage Members or guests to carry valuables with them to the Club. If Members or guests carry valuables with them to the Club, they must be kept on their person at all times at the Club.  Staff and caddies are not permitted to carry valuables of Members and guests.

19.2 The Club will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any personal property of any Member, Member’s family, Member’s guest or walk-in player.

 

20. LIABILITY

20.1 The Company will be financially responsible for accidents that occur to Members and guests within the Club to the maximum extent provided by the insurance policy purchased by the Company.

20.2 Members and guests shall be held responsible for any behavior endangering themselves or others in the Club.

20.3 The Club is not responsible for any collusion, compromise, arrangement, organization, coordination or similar form between Members/Guests and any caddies/employees/officers of the Club to perform. work that violates the rules/regulations of the club or is prohibited or not permitted by the club from time to time.

 

21. PAYMENT

21.1 Daily Bills

a. Members and guests are required to acknowledge all food and beverage orders, as well as other charges by signing their names and Member numbers on the order ticket.

b. Walk-in guests who rent golf clubs from the Club must leave a deposit in accordance with the Club’s Regulations. The deposit will be returned when the player returns the golf clubs and pays all related service fees in full.

c. All charges must be paid to the cashier prior to leaving the Club.

d. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, debit or credit card. Members and guests will receive an itemized receipt for their records and a bag tag stamped “Paid” that must be handed to the company staff bag attendant when claiming golf bags before leaving the Club.

21.2 Annual Dues

a. The annual dues is a fee collected annually for maintaining the facilities, capital improvements and other related issues.

b. Annual Dues are calculated according to the following categories

  1. “Active fee” is the annual due, which allows Member to play more than 12 times per year after payment in full of the set dues.

  2. “Out of Town fee” is the annual due, which allows Member to play 12 times or less per year after payment in full of the set dues.

  3. “Absent fee” is the annual due for a Member who chooses not play any rounds during the 12 months of relevant annual due period.

c. Members are required to pay the annual dues full in time according to the “Regulation of Annual Dues” issued by the Company and normally on Jan 1st each year but no later than on Dec 31 of each year.
