1. Members who do not follow the Club’s regulations, depending on the seriousness of the violation (any injuries or damages) will receive a warning letter or Member’s rights will be temporary suspended or will be suspended. If the violations continue, the Manager reserves the sole right without recourse to suspend or, in severe cases, terminate the Membership of the offending Member.

2. Members or guests who violate the Club’s regulations may receive restrictions on reserving future tee times.

3. Members and Member’s guests have the responsibility to indemnify and compensate for any damages or loss. If a Member’s guest does not compensate for damages cause, the related Member will be deemed fully responsible for said damages.
